Fall is a wonderful time to gather with friends and share your blessings. Brunch is one of my favorite ways to get together--it feels fancy without all the stress of a dinner party. This seasonal french toast is easy to prepare but easily impresses all. It is a great party items or perhaps as a holiday breakfast.
- 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Mix the pumpkin, eggs, and milk
- Sprinkle in a few liberal shakes of spice
- Dunk the bread
- Cook on both sides in a well buttered/sprayed pan...coat the pan in between batches
Serve with warm maple syrup and what for the compliments to come your way!
